SSC CGL Result 2016 Tier 1 Exam:
SSC CGL Result 2016 Tier 1: Staff Selection Commission is all set to announce the SSC CGL Tier 1 Result 2016. The result of SSC CGL Tier-1 can be expected in the month of the September. Last year the SSC did not follow its own calendar and the result came after few days of the actual announced fixed date in the calendar. Again this year already the exams have been postponed once, so we can expect that the result will be postponed or will not be released according to the calendar. Most likely it is going to be released in last week of the September or starting October.

The candidates who qulify the SSC CGL Tier 1 2016 test will be eligible for CGL Tier 2. To participate in CGL Tier 1 2016 Exam, candidates must obtain the minimum qualifying marks.
SSC CGL Tier 2 Exam Pattern and Syllabus 2016:
Finance & Accounts and Economics & Governance, Assistant Audit Officer, Statistical Investigator, Statistics, Quantitative Ability, English Language and Comprehension,
SSC CGL Tier-2 Exam 2016- There will be a total of 4 papers, two papers are compulsory for all the candidates while other two will be optional. The duration of each paper is two hours.
The result of SSC CGL 2016- Only those students will be available to see the result that will clear the sectional cut-off as well as the sectional cut off.
For the first time, a writing test has been included in SSSC CGL 2016, in order to check the writing skills of the aspirants which are the most important necessity nowadays in government offices. All the candidates’ irrespective of the categories they have to go through this mandatory exam. Participants can choose the language Hindi or English, this will be a one hour test consisting of essay and letter writing. Most the word limit will be 250 and 150 words. Duration of this exam will be one hour.
There will be a different exam for the students appearing for Tax assistants which will be a data entry test, where the participants will be given a time of 15 minutes and they have to write around 2000 words and 8000 keys in one hour.
Another test will be of computer proficiency where three main categories will be there
- Word processing
- Excel Spreadsheet
This is known as CPT computer proficiency test.
